The main geographical focus for IBH Executive is EMEA where the company recruits within professional & financial services, investment & retail banking, and commerce & industry.

Andrew acts as advisor to IBH Executive.
Andrew has thirty years of experience within the Big 4 and Industry taking many positions across finance as a whole. He has experience across a broad range of different industries, for the last fifteen of those within the oil and gas sector.
Andrew performed various roles whilst at Shell covering both Upstream and Downstream operations. For 3 years he was the Tax Manager for Shell's Caribbean and Central American businesses which included Exploration, Retail, Refining, Lubricants and Treasury operations. He then led a large part of the Group's internal management consulting divisions working on large internal projects including M&A, Management Information, Audits and Benchmarking. He then went on to head Shell's global Tax Compliance team focussing in particular on their first Sarbanes Oxley attestation.
For the last four years he has been Head of Tax for the Kashagan oil and gas project in Kazakhstan - a joint venture between seven international oil companies and the biggest engineering project ever undertaken.
Andrew has lived and worked in several different countries around the globe and brings with him an international perspective as well as a wealth of industry and finance experience.
